WIFI information
We are glad to announce that we have partnered with the WIFI Guys to bring a seamless WIFI experience to all of our guests. This is however, a paid option that you have when you visit our grounds. If you want to sign up for it please follow the instructions or go straight to the link for a direct page where you can purchase your WIFI package.
Connection Instructions:
If you have a new device, or a device that requires Setup, you can do this by connecting to the your hotspot on your phone.
This will allow you to setup your device and/ or account and update your device to the newest version.
Once updated you should be able to find the MC address in your WIFI setting to allow us to give you access to the "Frost Ridge Guest" network.
If you are having problems with your phone dropping/not receiving phone calls, please go to your settings and turn off WIFI calling.
Power on your device and ensure your device's WI-FI is turned on.
Look for the Wi-Fi network named "Frost Ridge guest" in your available networks list.
Connect to the Frost Ridge guest" network. A portal page should pop up asking for an access code.
Enter your access code and click login. You should be online!
To purchase an access code if you do not have one:
Connect to the "Frost Ridge Guest" network as listed above.
When the portal page pops up asking for an access code, open a new browser window and visit... https://frostridge.thewifiguysllc.com/
Select your WIFI package and proceed through the checkout. Once your payment is complete, you should receive and access code displayed on the page, and you should also receive a copy in your email.
Enter your new access code on the portal page and click Login. You are now connected to the internet! Feel free to browse, stream, and stay connected!
